I drink a smoothy packed with fruits, vegetables, chia, and vega.

I do some sort of excersize.

Try to learn something new.

For me, I've adopted the Vegan lifestyle for the last 60 days. So here are my Three healthy things

1. Run I've lost 160lbs in 2 years after having the West Nile Running saved me
2. Embrace Change and remember the end goal. When I think of doing something not so healthy remember it's a test on my journey.
3. Eat right and try a new food every chance I get!

4. Found this website, ordered some smoothies and protien poweder and now putting weight lifting into my routine.

Even though I don't get the required hours of sleep every night (college student) I do however do a few healthy things.

Take 1 multivitamin and 1 B12 pill with a glass of water

Eat a well balanced diet consisting of fruits, grains, etc.

Shower and brush my teeth

Do daily exercise in one form or another

1. I walk a few miles every day.
2. I spend time in meditation
3. I eat a vegan diet, of mostly raw/whole foods.

The three things i do everyday to be healthy are:
1: Drink a gallon of water everyday.
2: Eat more veggies every day and less animal products.
3: try to work out as much as i can every day.

Working through a frozen shoulder, whiplash and a thrown out back from an auto accident. What I do everyday to keep me healthy is stretch, stretch, stretch. Eat moderately and keep a happy head space.

I eat a mostly raw plant based diet.
I am becoming more spiritually grounded as I study to become a Rabbi
I drink plenty of water

2. Don't eat animals
3. Remind myself to smile, ALOT!!!

I have replaced my breakfast of oats and protein shake with seasonal fruits and 1 hour later, protein shake with flax seed. Looking to increase my RAW intake.

Eat, drink, breathe & live Vegan
Do some form of exercise, be it walk, workout of physical, manual labour
Keep my mind active also, through reading, learning & sharing knowledge with others

1. I start every morning with some form of cardio to get off to the right start!

2. Every day I juice, and prepare enough to take with me to work. I don't leave daily nutrition to chance.

3. At night, I seldom end the day without some dry skin brushing.
