I Thought I'd try something different this morning and add coffee and omg are they yummy especially if you love coffee.... 1/2 cup Instant oats1 heated Tbs No Egg1-2 Tbs Pea isolated Protein1/2-1 cup light rice milk/soy milk/water1/3 cup sunflower seeds & pumpkin seeds 1 Tbs sugar (Optional)1 Tsp all spice1-2 Tsp coffee1 Tsp Baking Soda Topping can be Soyogurt or maple syrup or what ever tickles your fancy..mix milk & powders first and then add Dry Oats & Seeds I also used a non-stick frying pan its helps a whole lot......
