thendanisays Posted June 11, 2008 Share Posted June 11, 2008 maybe i just jumped on the wagon late, but this idea came to me one day when i wanted dessert, but didn't want dessert, you know? ok, here it is, i think i just perfected it!!! throw the following into a blender-4 oz baked sweet potoato1 tsp cinnamon1 scoop gemma powder4oz unsweetened soymilk1 Tbl Tahini1/4 small very ripe banana1/4 tsp high quality vanilla6 ice cubesabout 1/4 c. h2o to get things moving it is delicious. and filling and oh-so-satisfying.
