I sleep 8 hours a day.
I eat god knows how many servings of vegetables a day.
I work out for at least an hour a day.

I always start the day with a healthy breakfast, I do some form of exercise every day, I always make time to hug my daughter & tell her how much I love her

Started the day with a green juice,6oz kale,6oz celery,1 myer's lemon,2 granny smith apples and 1oz ginger.
Ran to work.
Made some seitan meatballs.
