New to the lifestyle

Hey all,

I'm starting my vegan/vegatarian journey this weekend actually rather excited. I'm trying to come up with some good protein sources. So far I have written down...

 

Chickpeas

Peas

Lentils

Kale

Tempeh

Tofu

 

I'm trying to do this with as much affordability as possible as well.

 

Any suggestions for my lunch I could take with to work?

 

Normally I would eat a salad consisting of 250g of lettuce, 1/2 cup of kidney beans and roughly 14-16oz of chicken breast (weighed when raw).

 

Sorry I'm all over the place on this. Im excited and tryign to take in all this information about the lifestyle and continue the learn.
