Adding 100g of raisins will give me around 300 calories, which will make bulking up and adding calories easier. However, they have a ton of sugar (about 59g in 100g of raisins). Would this be beneficial to consume after a workout? I know people add dates to their shakes, but they are generally more expensive and are not as easy to blend in a standard blender. Thanks.
