French vegan in DC area !

Hello everyone, I’m a 36 years old strict vegetarian, moved to the USA about 4 years ago. My personal goal is to drastically transform my body, I’ve always been thin but I am craving muscle and strength now ! I know I need to improve my diet big time, I hate cooking and I don’t eat enough. Hopefully I’ll find vegan bodybuilders in the DC area to mentor me !
