Hi I’ve had MS multiple sclerosis since 2012.
I want to try a vegan diet. I’m eating so many carbs, where I was eating under 150-100 grams with a traditional bodybuilding low carb diet.
How does one get protein?
I’m using quinoa/brown rice pasta right now. Or just plain quinoa from Trader Joe’s that i microwave.
The carb/protein ratio is extreme.
What do you guys eat to stay lean?

Ditch the microwave! It’s only use is sterilization of sponges, dishrags, etc. Try hemp protein, which is high in EFA’s. I make banana smoothies with it.
