I used to be a lot better with my cardio and strength training, but lately, I've really been slacking off. I went from working out 3-5 times a week to about 1-2 times a week. Been going through some big life changes (moving, getting a new job, etc.) so it's been hard trying to stay structured and motivated in training and diet. I'm hoping that keeping a journal will help and that it gets easier to get back into the swing of things day by day.

No updates so far
. Dealing with food poisoning... hasn't been any good for my exercise or diet. Hopefully I'll be recovered by tomorrow.
