Hi people I am new to the forum. I have been vegan for 8 years, I use to be 225 pounds I am now 130. I am stuck at 12% BF and hoping to get down to 5% while keeping muscle.

Tracking calories and macros? Avoiding processed carbs? Cardio? Resistance training?
