So excited to be part of the vegan community I had a slow transition into veganism over a period of about 2 years, where I started eating less meat, then became vegetarian, then almost vegan, and I finally became vegan about a year ago Just competed in my first bodybuilding show last weekend, and I qualified for nationals!
My national show is coming up this Saturday in Toronto
I'm not ready yet for winning a show like this, but I'm so excited to go and see what it's like, and I'm definitely going to learn a lot I have a video about it here if you're interested
