I really want to post pictures, but I can't upload photos to this forum. Furthermore, my right click on my mouse isn't working so I can't use the properties function to get the proper links. At first I just thought my laptop mouse was just dying and the right click button was not working. Well I got a new mouse and the right click button still doesn't work. I can't seem to find anything wrong with my setting in my control panel through the mouse tab or the internet options tab. Can anybody help me because I can't even get an avatar!

I'm new here, and new to lifting in general, so I figured I'd post here. Pretty much I used to be a runner, got injured, two years later I got myself back in pretty good shape through running, swimming, biking, and body weight exercises. Then about 10 weeks before last summer I started lifting for the first time, but then took the summer off and I've been back working out for the last week. My biggest problem is definitely mass right now. I'm 5'8" and weigh 120 , hoping to put on 20-30 pounds this year. I don't know anything about poses, and I'm far from a bodybuilder (for now, just give me a year!), so I just tried taking a few that I thought looked decent.: http://i3…

http://i58.tinypic.com/2qklyxz.png Two years between the two pictures. On the left, I was a year into recovering from a five year long binge eating disorder. I ate everything not nailed down and got to 255lbs. The one on the right was taken today at around 205 and is the result of an ovo-lacto vegetarian lifestyle. Can't wait to see where being a full on vegan will take me. I guess you could say I went from an infantry "tank" to a cruiser "tank."

Hey guys, I'm just getting over a back injury and my physiotherapist sais that deadlifting will help a lot. This isn't the only exercise I'm doing, as I'm looking to get lean and fit all around, but I want to make sure that my form on the deadlift is perfect before I up the weights so I don't risk injury again. If you guys could take a look at a few of these videos and let me know what I could improve on, or whether I look like I'm risking injury in any way, let me know. I'd really appreciate your feedback! P.S you might have to skip ahead in a few of the videos, I'm a shitty camera guy Also, any tips for a beginner? I've already got the nutrition down, I've been eatin…

FEBRUARY 2015 JULY 2015 I have been trying to gain weight for the last 8 months. I eat between 3000-5000 calories per day, though I try to shoot for 4000. I am 21 years old and practice calisthenics and cycle about 30 minutes a day (to work). I eat mostly fruit, veggies, legumes and grains close to 80-10-10. The pictures are where I was and where I am now. How can I gain weight? And what muscles are underdeveloped (aesthetics is 1/2 of my goal)? I have also gotten a little weaker, noticeably on my pushups and pullups. I can't seem to make gains strength wise or muscle, and if I eat a lot I just get a big stomach temporarily but don't gain weight. Also I looked th…

Went from my 1100 calorie diet a day to almost 2000. 100% raw is tough because most all vegan foods in their natural state contain fiber. Ive had to re-design my whole diet program. Ive added 10lbs of solid muscle however and doing it with bodyfat still below 10%. Let me know any particular foods that you have had success with that I might add to my regime.

From age 20-53 I kept my weight at between 165-168. So after re-habbing from a serious car accident, I decided to put on some weight. Now a few months shy of 55, I have bulked to 198 at 6 feet. I am definately a work in progress, as I am in dire need of cutting flab (I feel like a fat pig right now), but it's been fun getting bigger and stronger. Progress is possible at any age and with any diet (especially veg, so kick his ass, Tuc). So now I will be doing lighter weights and higher reps to cut, define and shape, plus a cutting diet. My first video is up now. I´ve been working out for 9 months now (with another 6 months of conditioning and prehab in the gym). I've done a lot of sports before, most of them related to calisthenics) and I'm almost 40 so the progress has been very fast here. Check it out. Feedback is appreciated. Music recorded and mixed by me. Cheers

Hey all! New to the boards and just wanted to show a before/after photo of me, but also to get some advice because I seem to have hit a plateau. Anyways, first are the before/after pics..... Before: After: So the first photo is me back in 2009 on a trip to Destin, FL. Its surprising looking back and not even realizing at the time how fat I was....the second pic is from another Destin Trip last year. All in all, I have managed to lose 101 pounds and keep it off for a little over 5 years now. Now comes the part where I need help. I have reached a point where I do not believe I need to lose anymore weight, but I'm also not nearly as cut as I want to be. In spi…

Hi! So I have been on a cut for around 3 months and lost around 8/9kg. I believe I have shed a lot of fat, but I am wondering if this is lean enough to start bulking. I am 19 yr/old, 68.5kg and 1.87m. On a cut I eat around 2400 calories and my macros are around 60/20/20. What do u think? I am ready to start bulking again? How do I go from cutting to bulking mode? http://i63.tinypic.com/2qnm9dv.jpg Thanks for everything, Dani

That's me armwrestling in this video (I'm the red haired muscular lady in left) which was filmed in Finnish Armwrestling Cup 2015. I ended up as 4th in that Finnish Armwrestling CUP Final Event. And I'm fifth in overall stats of Finnish Armwrestling CUP 2015 statics. This was the FIRST sport competition that I have entered as an adult (as an child and teenager I competed in school competitions and such) and the first armwrestling match for me ever... just after few rehearsals. Not bad for 35 years old female freegan

Thanks to Ms. Chopps & Company for The Video Adds of Me. A few people are starting to add some new videos of me to YouTube and here are a couple of them. Every couple of days or so I will try and get on here to add links to a few more until I have covered them all. Much appreciated. These 2 video clips are from this past Summer which were both filmed to measure my progress shortly before the 2012 NPC Atlantic States Men’s Physique contest in New York. Hey guys, new to the forum here, and I have been a vegan nearly 3 months and training for about 4 months I'd say pretty consistently. Just been doing mostly bodyweight, used dumbells for biceps for a while before I got my pullup bar a couple of weeks ago. (working my way up to 4 pullups... that shit is hard! ) Since starting my training I've gone from about 161 pounds to 141.4. I've stopped losing weight which I'm happy with and have just been focused on muscle development. My diet is very clean and I do all my own cooking, so no real questions there. Although any good recipes and that stuff is more than welcome, plus post workout/ preworkout meals. Anyway I ju…

Here are some pics of my progress. I don't have a training schedule or a nutrition plan and I only used a bench press, a barbell and 2 x 35lbs girya weights for the first 2 months. After that I've also used dumbbells and a curl bar but nothing else. I'm 184cm tall (approximately 6 feet) and because of it I've always looked very skinny since I'm lightweight, baby . This is the condition I began with, notice the really skinny arms: http://img152.imageshack.us/img152/4372/dsc02028editex6.jpg Here's my back after 9 weeks. http://img520.imageshack.us/img520/4803/back9weeksbz9.jpg And again after 10 weeks. http://img80.imageshack.us/img80/1237/selkacropattujg2.jpg…

I used to workout frequently but have taken a few years off. I have been veg for 22 years and vegan for the last 10. I hope to use this as a motivational tool as I get back into a regular exercise routine. I am 5'7" and 171 lbs. My goal is to add muscle and shed the excess fat that has accumulated around my belly while maintaining a weight between 160 - 170 lbs.

Hi all, I originally posted in a different section (Found at) viewtopic.php?f=46&t=35463 Just wanted everyone's opinions. What body type do you think I am? I have always been of the opinion ectomorph 6foot4 (191cm) Roughly 165lb (75kg) Tall, skinny, but carry all my BF in my mid section. I have always been of the opinion that I cannot build muscle, whether its due to my body type or my excess cycling. I have been lifting for 2 weeks straight with no cardio (due to a running injury). I'd like to keep up the experiment just to see what is possible. Chest/tri Back/bi Shoulders/legs Repeat 3 sets of 9x4 exercises per muscle. Lifting heavy enough to fatigue. I am really w…
