*The Coaching aspect of this program is now closed. We kept it open as more coaches were recruited and we accommodated 20 more participants with coaches than anticipated, but it is now closed. Everyone can still update their training journal 5x a week and receive a prize package, as well as be eligible for bi-weekly prizes, but we no longer have the coaching aspect open. Due to the popularity of this program, we anticipate resurrecting our Summer Shape-Up Program in June, as well as offer this same program next winter. Thank you all for your participation!
