So I have a really poor credit score due to me losing my job a few months back and I’ve maxed out my credit cards totaling a debt of ~$7500. I’m not sure what options I have if any. I just started a new job in June and I am salaried but my credit card payments average out to $1000 each month just paying the minimum. Any debt consolidation options to help me get out?

Hi! I have been a vegetarian for twenty odd years, and have been a vegan for four weeks now. I was quite a late convert to fitness (I'm forty six now). I made some good progress working out with free weights at home for a year or so, but got out of good habits. I have joined a gym today and am really inspired to work hard to be a good ambassador for veganism. Very glad to join this forum.

I'm in search of a trustworthy and independent online platform that provides information about E ZPass. Do you have any recommendations? Moreover, I'd be interested to know what your perspective is on this company.

Hey there, everyone. My name's Chris and I've been a vegetarian for over a year now. I originally became a vegetarian after watching "Earthlings". One of my friends who is a vegan introduced it to me. These days I'm trying to cut out as much animal product as possible. I found Robert's book and joined this site to talk to others about building a better body on a vegan diet. Hope to hear from you all and have good conversations in the future

Hello all, my name is Mick. I'm just about to turn 33. I've been Vegan for about a year and a half now, my wife has been for about 4 years. I have two sons that are as well, the eldest is 14 and the youngest is 7. I started doing weights about 2 years ago, and did them for about 4 months until I started having some problems with my back. I've only recently had surgery, as I had two prolapsed discs (L4-L5/S1) and had a double disc excision, so two discs half removed on one side. I also have scoliosis. When I started weights before I was vegan, I was pretty unhealthy, as I was a smoker, drank lots of coffee and didn't sleep very well. I am just under 6 foot and my …

Whats up guys and girls!? My name is Ryan, I'm 25 and I've been vegan for 9 years. When I was 16 I weighed around 340 lbs. I decided I was sick of being a fat kid and went vegan, and I dropped over 100 lbs in a year! 9 years later, I now weigh around 200 lbs. I'm also 6'4. I've never been the work out type, but I feel like I've gotten bit by the exercise bug. My goal is to lean down, get cut and be in the best shape of my life. I've taken some steps to help get the process jump started, such as cutting down on my bread/starch intakes (I even cut out beer! ). Anyone have any tips to help me get started? Much appreciated! Talk to everyone soon! -Ryan

Okay, team, here’s the scoop: my dog, Rocky, is the definition of stubborn. Think a mule in a dog's body. We've hit a wall with training, and I'm looking for someone with the patience of a saint. Any trainers out there known for dealing with hard cases?

Hi, I'm a 46 year old from the North of England who's been infrequent on/off weight training for years with no real gains to speak of. I was vegetarian for years but kept lapsing back to fish eating and/or meat eating..... But more recently committed to a total vegan diet. It's day 75 today for me of vegan diet & that bit's going well. My wife's been awesomely supportive, and I know I'd really struggle to get the right food in my body without her help. Not been getting to the gym enough recently, but I made it back today! Did back, lats, & triceps, with some cardio to finish. Just got home & demolished a protein smoothie: Coconut milk, hemp protein, mango, …

I've looked into a few "online lenders" but many seem shady. Does anyone have experience with a legitimate company that offers unsecured personal loans? A few years ago I got scammed by one of these places and don't want that to happen again. I'm looking for a well-established, accredited company. Any recommendations would be appreciated.

Ever heard a dog with a penchant for serenading the moon at 2 AM? That’s my dog, a regular nocturnal Pavarotti. I’m on the hunt for a dog training guru in Pleasant Grove, UT, who can turn his midnight concerts into silent nights. Got any leads?

Hi All, I'm brand new to the forum. I've been a vegan for nearly 10 years, but am just starting on my fitness journey. For years I worked in forestry--running planting and thinning camps in Northern Ontario. During that time, my weight was always under control (around 140 lbs), plus I felt strong and healthy. Now that I'm stuck behind a desk, the weight has been creeping on and I am finding my body is so much weaker--with achy joints, headaches, stress, and low energy. I'm 6' and my weight is at it's peak of 170. I work full time and am also a full time MA student, so free time is a distant memory and my stress level is often high. I am so tired of feeling like c…

I am 23 years old, getting ready to be 24. I currently weigh 123 lbs. Im 5'5''. My fitness goal is to get a steady diet/workout regimen that is healthy for me and helps me burn fat and gain muscle tone. I don't feel the need to be 'ripped' and 'buff' but I do want to have a noticeably above average body. Currently I don't really have a workout regimen at all, I've basically just gotten by on pretty good genes thus far, but have recently acquired the not so unique ability to gain fat so I need to start working at it now apparently. I am occupationally an exotic dancer part time (only about 10 days at a time every 2-3 months), the rest of the time I am in school full tim…

I've been vegetarian for 16 years before going vegan for the past 3. I've worked out sporadically for years, but have decided to buckle down and train for a bikini competition. I have a LONG way to go, but I'm excited and looking for support and advice from like minded people.

A credit card may be the best choice for individuals who need access to a flexible line of credit and who can pay off their balance in full each month. A personal loan may be a good choice for individuals who need a lump sum of money for a specific purpose and who can commit to a fixed repayment schedule.

I've maintained vegan for around 15 years now and it's been pretty simple up to this point. I've been going to the gym for about 6-8 months now at least 3-4 times a week and mostly doing weightlifting. I started out at 150lbs and less than 5% body fat. I'm now at 162lbs and around the same body fat %. I come from a family of lean, smaller framed people and never weighed more than 155 in college despite eating just about anything and everything I could get my hands on. I've been going with a friend who is not vegan and have struggled. My progress has stalled and my ability to lift heavier everyweek has stopped. I've never done any calculations on my diet and we figured out…

Hi All, I am so excited to have stumbled upon this website/forum. I am an "Aspiring" Vegan . I have been competing in traditional Bodybuilding (NPC Bikini Competitor) for the last year and a half. My husband and I compete together (He is a NPC Physique Competitor) and we recently decided to "Retire" from competing. There were several issues we had with the sport, one being that once we advanced to the National level we realized that we were NOT OK with the fact that the competitons were no longer drug tested. We are 100% natural and had only competed in natural shows up until that point. We both feel very strongly that if drugs are involved, we want nothing to…

An instant loan is necessary whenever one has a sudden need for money. Regular loans require some form of proof and take at least two or three days to process. The answer to this kind of issue is same-day loans. Funds are credited to the borrower's account on the same day and are an unsecured loan type. You can get an instant loan from Hero FinCorp Instant Personal Loan App.
