I was at my local natural food store and picked up some bulk organic banana chips(probably way too many) and when I got home I started dipping my crackers in my jar of peanut butter and of course I ran out of crackers...this lead to the idea of dipping banana chips...I highly advise you all try this...its absolutely wonderful

For 1 person In a bowl, mash up/ blend 1 banana 1/4 avocado some rice milk/ almond milk/ soy milk/ hemp milk/ any kind of milk Freeze over night. The texture and taste is very much like ice cream. It is a healthier alternative to other ice creams you will find at a store. I have this for breakfast sometimes. Those 3 ingredients are just a base. You can add some Cocoa powder, or Carab Powder, vanilla, nuts, agave, ground up some hazelnut and try it too. You can add anything to it. I add sprouted buckwheat sometimes. It is a sweet recipe. No pun intended.

I'm cooking a meal for my neighbours on Friday, and one of them is following a keto diet. It means he doesn't eat carbs, including sugar. I'm trying to think of dessert ideas but I'm struggling a little! Apparently berries are ok, but no other fruits. Things like cream are ok too. One idea that I did have was to make a sugar-free dessert but have Miracle Berry tablets beforehand - they change how you perceive flavour so bitter things taste sweet. I've also been googling for keto desserts, but a lot of them have sweeteners and I'm not keen on that. I'm tempted to just wuss out and serve him cheese! If anyone has any ideas or suggestions …

Wondering what are some of the ones you all seem to like. I myself am very partial to the following: Vegan with a Vengance, Veganomicon, Mediterranean Vegan Kitchen, Italian Vegan Kitchen, Vegan Table. I also just picked up the 30 minute Vegan one the other day and it has some great recipes in it. But I have to say the Donna Klein series and Vegan Table are by far my favorite both with recipes and the fact that they have serving nutritional information for each recipe.

In today's age of technology, your competitors, with enough resources, can copy the design, corporate identity, poach staff and customers. That is why many companies have started to use a unique fragrance as an element of their brand (fragrance branding). After all, fragrance is very difficult to copy. Customers begin to associate the fragrance with your brand (this happens unconsciously, just as tangerines are associated with the New Year's holidays, and the scent of blossoming trees with spring). But most importantly, this type of advertising is much more effective than visual or audio, because we can close our eyes or ears, but we can't stop breathing, so scents cannot…

Hey everyone! So after 3-4 YEARS of false starts I am inching my way back into an exercise routine. I just finished my third week of every other daily (MWF) 2.5 mile runs and I am FINALLY relieved to say I am getting back into that zone where working out is a necessity, not just that thing I used to do and wish I could back to. (I think I have made intro posts to the forum once or twice before, so I shall spare you those mundane details.) After two and a half years of veganism, I feel like I have outgrown most cluelessness about what the heck to eat except... BREAKFAST! I have some go to things (tofu scramble, steel-cut oats w/fruit and nuts etc) but I need some new t…

What do you pay attention to when you visit an adult website? For me personally, the design and content of the site is very important. And of course how often it is updated. Share your thoughts in the comments. I will be very grateful to you.

Backlinks are links that take you from one site's page to another. When someone posts a link to your site, your site gets a backlink from them. When you post a link to another site, they get a backlink from your site.

Vegenaise + Banannas = Banannaise!!!! mix them up in a blender or food processor and whola!! a condiment so gross it has to be good?? ANYWAY I haven't made this but i just enjoy the word combo, BUTTT the first person who comes up with a good recipe (w pics!) using banannaise will recieve a "Fuck Ya'll I'm From Texas" shirt- so that you can (ironically?) wear it around your town. pics of people eating bannaise sandwhiches (just bread and banannaise) would also be cool!! Do you all know some good avocado recipes(raw)? Because on it's own it's not really good, but I don't really want to combine it with fruits or other stuff, I know about guacamole, but any other ideas?

Ok, post what you have! My only requirement is that your recipe contains actual protein powder (hence the 'protein' in the title). If there are no added sugars, then that's a cherry on top! My basic recipe isn't working out so well: 1/2 c pea protein 1 c almond milk 1 banana 1 packet sweetener 275 cals, 12% fat, 46% carbs, 42% protein So let's do this!

What delicious food combination have you recently tried that sounded weird but ended up tasting amazing? I had some cold leftover whole wheat spaghetti that I had tossed in oil, hot pepper flakes, and bruschetta instead of sauce, so it was already light. I chopped up raw Rainbow Swiss Chard leaves into 1/4" pieces and mixed them in with a 1:2 ratio to the pasta. Delicious! It added beautiful greens and pinks to the dish and made it fresh and crunchy. Gotta write this one down and do it again next summer! What strange concoctions can you share with us? Baby Herc

Anyone have any good ideas for kale? All I've tried so far is eating it raw in a salad and it just makes me fart.

Another Picture Guide - though I believe it's relatively self explanatory: Vegan Pancakes 2 cups flour 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp baking powder 2 cups soy milk 2 tbsp oil You could be dilligent and mix the dry ingredients and then add the milk and oil. I just throw it all in a bowl and mix it up! Preheat a skillet over medium heat and spray with nonstick cooking spray. Scoop about a 1/2 cup of batter, swirling as you scoop to make a circle. Cook until air bubbles are visible on top of pancake - you should see the bubbles evenly before you flip - otherwise it will cook the other side unevenly. http://img293.imageshack.us/img293/7087/pancakes16ff.jpg Flip panc…

I don't like to waste time thinking about food so I like to eat the same things day after day. In order to get enough variety I make a couple kinds of stews. Minestrone like thing Boil chopped green onions, pasta, one can green beans, one can peas, two cans dark red kidney beans, one jar of prego tomato sauce, with some olive oil. Eat away. About 100 grams of protein total. Calories probably around 2000. Or chopped green onions, pasta, two cans green beans (I like french cut), two cans peas, one jar of prego tomato sauce and some olive oil. Vegan "keilbasa" like thing Boil one large chopped onion, two green peppers, two cans dark red kidney beans, lots of carrots, …

I made this sandwich today and it was rediculously good! I used Ciabatta bread cut so that it was more like a hoagie roll than a sandwich slice. Then I put grilled eggplant, grilled red and yellow peppers, fresh basil, thinly sliced tofu, vegan gourmet cheese (mozzarella flavor) into the bread and grilled it in the George Foreman grill...I used a touch of margarine on the outside of the bread. When it was all done grilling I opened it up and put a little veganaise on it and some lettuce.... then I ate it all up! try it!
