Im Your Man
I never thought about a grapefruit smoothie, good idea. My favorites would be the 3 on the left, and all mixed together would be great too.

xjohanx
troydude the lifeguard. i'm totally inspired by your smoothielifestyle and talk about micronutrients. i'm trying to make more smoothies with gemma protein and i read in a thread that you often put gemma into them too, right?i would love some recepies. i don't think i have the access to all the stuff that you have, especially not organic, but i can get like gojiberries, different types of frozen berries, bananas, kiwis, pineapple and so on. kale is mostly sold here during the winter so can i use some other greens for the smoothies like spinach for example?i've watched your tube videos and i'm trying to do similar stuff but not with the greatest success. help would be much appriciated!thanks

Troy
help would be much appriciated! I wouldn't worry too much about goji or acai. I like to add them for some variety but they aren't necessary. I started splitting up my fruit smoothies from veggie smoothies and have had less (not eliminated) issues with gas. I'm not sure I know what types of issues you are having with the smoothies? Consistency? Taste? Digestibility? Otherwise my procedure is pretty basic. Add ingredients, add water (amount depends on which smoothie I'm making) press the "Whole Juice" button and ready to serve. To avoid adding excess water I allow the frozen ingredients to thaw for a short period...15-20 minutes.
