Squats- Trying to work up to 4x10..

Deadlift- I tried to belt up for the last set, but I do not like them.

70 4x15- This was too light, but the deads and ham curls were enough.

 

Will do calves tomorrow along with shoulders.

I did shoulders yesterday but I invent so many exercises on shoulder day that I will not log them. Did shrugs with about 315 though with pretty good form.

 

 

Today I did back/biceps.

I did chest and triceps today...Finally able to bench again, only lost about 10 lbs strength I suppose.

Not too bad considering I was out for a month from benching.

Ahhh, these numbers are what make me wish I was a male. However, your lack of fashion choices always make me more happy that I can't lift that heavy................

 

My idea of fashion is some jeans and a plain tshirt.

 

 

Need to get my bench up. Been stagnant for so long for different reasons. My back is way too far ahead.

I had a really good leg day today. Unintentionally hit a new pb for deadlift, with bad form though... I failed on the straight leg dead but picked it up from the floor...at least I'm technically in the 400's now..

 

Squats- These felt really good and I got some good reps with them. I was impressed...

Leg Press- I did these DEEP...far as I could go...good finisher.

benched 95 pounds DB's for 2-3 reps tonight after 4 sets of heavy flat barbell bench and 4 sets of incline barbell.

 

Chris betta watch yoself, I'm gaining on you.

 

I think I can handle 100's for 2-4 reps if i'm fresh.

Indeed, but I've only been training (consistently) since last august.
