On Saturday I did 15x6 (90!) push ups, which was not hard, spaced over 5 hours. I sure wanted a massage that night though. (KSU) Rode hard for 2 hours on a fairly flat asphalt bike path through the Metroparks. It was sweltering hot until a 10 minute downpour 20 minutes before the end. It was a totally glorious trip.
