John V
what's the verdict? regarding the shoulders? I'm afraid it's rotator cuff related, but I don't know. Years ago I also hurt them using a bench press machine.

John V
Met Robert at The Arnold Classic yesterday! It was great fun. http://i47.tinypic.com/28vd00h.jpg I've created a Facebook event: Vegans at the Arnold Classic. Please do a search, rsvp either way, then share it, invite vegans and post it to your wall. Thank you! Vegans: represent! Let's plan to all get together next March.http://www.facebook.com/home.php?#!/event.php?eid=117358344946960&ref=ss Edited April 26, 2010 by John V
