alison
Some microwaved broccoli! Yucky! I like broccoli but only if its been cooked nicely, like stirfried with some spices but I didn't have time, so its a three minutes in the microwave deal. Really not good. I'm trying to jazz it up with some soy sauce, partially working.

VeganEssentials
In about 2 minutes, it'll be a triple-scoop berry flavor Vega shake. In an hour when I get home, a Veggiebrothers.com vegan flank steak au jous (the BEST fake steak I've ever tried - SUPER good stuff!) and whatever else I can grab off the counter for some post-workout carbohydrates. cubby2112
Three cups of oatmeal and a hemp/spinach/blueberry/maca smoothie.3 cups dry?! Haha, I debated for a second how to write that. One cup dry yields three cups or more prepared the way I like it. I have done two dry cups prepared, but three would be stretching it.

Jason
A modified version of Dr Fuhrman's Fig Banana Ice Cream Since I don't have figs, I used dates instead.Since I don't have a Vitamix or Blendtec, I had to add some soymilk to get the frozen bananas to blend.Still very good. http://www.huetheronline.org/vbb/bananaicecream.jpg
