Amy's rice crust spinach pizza with follow your heart vegan cheese. Funny, the actual product has a lot more spinach and a lot less cheese than the picture on the box. That's fine with me as this product already packs some serious fat calories.

I checked out those Amy's pizza - pretty costly.

They are pretty costly. We pick them up occassionally when they go on sale at Giant Eagle, usually 2 for $10. Still not cheap, but we eat like peasants most of the time. 9 out of 10 meals is rice, beans and whatever fresh or frozen veggies we have.

Brown basmati, zuccini, potatoes, yellow bell peppers, green beans, corn, peas and carrots. And my usual toppings of Earth Balance, salt, pepper and nutritional yeast. Yes, I'm likely to add those things on top of just about anything, especially leftovers like I'm having this morning.

I buy nutritional yeast in 5 pound bags from www.bulkfoods.com .

Living with Veganmadre has a lot of bonuses.

I figured her as the source.

Well, I don't know about "the source", who do you tink taught her to cook Indian food.

Krshna?

I taught her to cook Indian food, not Krishna, silly. Okay, I admit The Best of Lord Krishna's Cuisine had a bit to do with it too.

Oh, you mean "The Source", I suppose some would agree that Krishna is "The Source".
