Marcina
Hello, my friends. Today I'm going to show you the shenanigans that happen in my kitchen. Dr. Pink
Nice ^_^. So you're supposed to gut Eggplant? The first time/last time I cooked eggplant I just cut it into cubes like tofu and fried. Tasted like Ginger( The pinkish bitter crap they give you with Sushi ) He doesn't look like he's having as much fun as you. Kinda looks like he's tired. But man he's got a great 5'oClock shadow. Man I wish my face fuzz would grow faster so I can have one too ^^. Can't wait for the videos. Oodles of fun I'm sure

Lean and Green
haha Nice pictures! Will be interesting to see videos of this. I would imagine from the tone of your posts that you are quite the character vocally! I have worked with eggplant raw; I sliced it up and cured some. Used it to top off pizzas or put into some saladacco spun zucchini spaghetti or noodles and some other random stuff. What a great Italian name. I was doing a job for an Italian man from Tuscany, named Fulvio yesterday. Gotta love all the names. I like the name Gabrielle as well and there are so many more. Go Italian Vegan Cuisine! Hey, if you've never heard of it, look into Bariani Olive Oil It's sooooo good. Pretty expensive but they put the bottling date on the bottle, it's truly raw and it's stone crushed and so tasty. One of the most popular and highest quality olives oils you can possibly get in the states, at least

Silvio will take a look at it later.Yeah the food tasted really good, but it's been awhile since I had a cooked meal like that, and I got pretty gassy lol. My nose got all stuffed up from eating the veggie round as well. It's also allergy season which doesn't help. Hey, hope you don't mind me asking, but what's your real name? Are you Italian too or am I thinking of someone else on the board?
Lean and Green
Of course I don't mind and yes there's a good chance it might have been me. My real name is Giacomo (jah-ko-mo), like that song, giacomo (but they spell it jacomo) fina ne, hey now hey now. Most people call me Jack because that's what my name sounds like and it sounds more american I suppose so I just let it be. But I prefer Giacomo by far. It actually translates into James in the english language. Let me know what he thinks about that oil. I'm telling you it's as top notch as you're going to get. It's worth trying, even at the steep cost compared to others, to experience the flavor and freshness. Other sites stock it at cheaper prices than their actual page if you decide to splurge. hsorlando
I think there needs to be a show on the Foodnetwork called "Cooking with Marcina, and Sylvio!" I bet it would be popular too!
veggieprincess
Marcina, You are just so YOU.... you have always struck me as a girl extremely comfortable in her own skin. You've said you don't always feel that way, but that's not how it comes across. I wish I was more like you....

You've said you don't always feel that way, but that's not how it comes across. I wish I was more like you.... Aww that's the best compliment I've had in a long time!! Thank you! At times, everyone feels uncomfortable in their own skin.. Especially women ya know? I'm lucky I was given a good sense of humour. When I'm old and wrinkled I probably won't have a kickin' body anymore, but I'll still be funny! A lot of times, if I'm hanging out with someone who's also got a good sense of humour, it brings mine out even more. Silvio and I goof around a lot.
