Nutrition facts on soaked seed

I don't know about the fat going down or protein going up but I think soaking nuts and seeds makes the nutrients more bioavailable. It is also supposed to increase the oxygen content. Either way, they taste better soaked in my opinion

I made a raw pie yesterday and I can tell you that if you soak nuts (or seeds) and then dry them, the pie crust is much less oily. Since there is no oil floating on the top of the soaking water it's still in the nuts or seeds.
