veganeatingout
I used to have trouble eating out because I never knew what options were available to me. I decided to gather that information and make a website to share with vegans. Please have a look and let me know what you think! http://i308.photobucket.com/albums/kk322/veganeatingout/veo-1.gif

michaelhobson
Ha, I clicked on your big obnoxious banner ad in your signature and what do I see in your big obnoxious google ad bar, my very own google ad! Yep, that's my ad pimping out the Pittsburgh Vegan Meetup. http://i17.photobucket.com/albums/b79/michaelhobson/eatingoutad.jpg Feel free to join http://www.theveganpeople.com or http://www.pittsburghveganmeetup.com and pimp out your new web site, obnoxious banner ads and all. robert
haha, awesome! Ads can be very good! They have helped me in a lot of ways. I found out about the L.A. Fit Expo through one the google ads that popped up on my own forum and I ended up flying out to L.A. to attend the event and it was awesome! Ads can really help grow community too by exposing new companies, sites and products.

I recently saw a google ad on meetup.com for shalomveg.com I hadn't ever heard of it, so posted a note on our group's message board. We have a lot of Jewish vegans in Pittsburgh, and some were really happy to hear about shalomveg, it has a lot of veganized traditional Jewish recipes and scriptural justifications for veganism etc.
veganeatingout
I'm glad to hear the ads are helpful as I've already gotten a negative comment about them. I certainly want to include them but I'm feeling out how I want the page to look also.
Im Your Man
Vegan Eating Out Your website might be very useful, thank you !I find it so sad that there's so many restaurants, at almost every street corners, but serving none or few vegan items, while there's almost no vegan restaurants. It depends in which city we live in, but it's very hard to find vegan restaurants and we need to know where they are located.Even in Montreal, there's only two restaurants I can think of. There's Le Commensal which is vegan but also vegeterian, and I know there's a vegan restaurant offering Tibet inspired cuisine. On your website, it mentions some vegan items for Tim Horton like the low-fat muffins but I went on their website and it says the bagels are vegan too, should you add those to your list? http://www.timhortons.com/en/menu/menu_info.html
