Bigbwii
To me raw is eating 100% raw produce and nothing else! But I don't judge anyone "raw foodist" that eats cooked, it's all personal choice. F1
Couture547
yep 100 percent fresh raw produce is the only way to truely eat raw foods. All the raw food bars and powders are a much of crap from more experiance. The raw guru's have done a great job of scaring people into beliving that raw produce is not enough and you need all these powders which do absolutely nothing. Gabriel Cousens to me look very bad and worse than that he talks like he's drunk and to me and a couple of other people i've shown his video's to just doesn't look healthy at all. Tim Van Orden on the other hand i like. He looks good, he's a stud athlete and a good speaker.

Tasha
Some people like Dr Graham look very bad, but at least i've heard he's a great athlete for his age. You should also ask Big about Dr D. He knows him quiet well.
Endy
I've eaten 98% raw today and if I were gay I wouldn't be able to stop touching myself. HAHAHAHAHAHA, love it!!!!!!
durianrider
those were the only photos i had. they were taken in the last month approx.im always smiling..ive got a lot to smile about. how do i look from my cooked days? pretty much the same, but now i look a little younger. i used the large photo so people could study it better. my bro's photo is self evident. but crew are right, we have examples of people doing well on all types of diets, lifestyles etc. but we know people do THE BEST, when we are eating, living, thinking THE BEST... brendan never claims to be 100% raw. he aint being a hypocrit when we eats is 'soft option' bowl of cooked grains..lol! one day he will harden up and start eat'n enough calories from sweet fruit, that grains will start to look like the digestive glue they really are.. cos when crew undereat carbs from fruit..they go back to cooked grains or excessive amounts of raw fats. some crew even go back to animal products to get sufficient calories. and they point the finger at raw vegan or vegan. but they just failed to eat sufficient carbs... Bigbwii
What about Big ?I think he looks the most fantastic Thanks T....my dobies raw too! Alas....I don't care what anybody says, I'm beautiful inside and out in my own unique way and I'm having too much fun doing it to be concerned with the opinions/comments of nit picking individuals! I personally believe EVERYBODY is beautiful in their own way and to say that certain individuals look like human feasces is pretty disrespectful in my opinion and that kind of attitude really doesn't belong in the raw food section where we are supposed to be more understanding and experienced in these matters. I'm not here to win any modeling competitions or be the poster boy for buff, good looking guys all over the world and I'm not trying to be, I'm me, doing me things!...period. To the original poster.... As far as Doug goes, just leave the man alone and anybody else on your hit list and take care of yourself, show some compassion, you don't know where people are coming from, or what people are going through, I bet if you had just healed yourself of cancer or had severe detox symptoms you'd be a bit weary looking too, I'm sure you have "cosmetic" issues you need to take care of within yourself right now before you judge others on the same journey. flanders77
Most of you know that I am with andesuma, Big and Tasha on this topic...I had to think of the "where-does-vbb-go-discussion" when I read the original post. The raw section is meant to support and help and not to make statements that do not help anybody. P.S. If you talk about good looking rawfoodists you should not forget to mention oregonissac!P.P.S. @Magnus: I know exactly what you mean and I would touch you permanently, too, if you went raw! Tasha
Both Flanders and Oregonisaac are both two beautiful raw foodies. I miss all of you. You're supposed to be here to pick on me. But I have another Raw foodie (lean and green) who is taking over your spots. Who's just doing a fine job. Flanders we have two huge watermelons with your name on it. We can't keep them in the kitchen for very much longer. So hurry up and get you butt over here. We all miss you guys. Last night around 1:30 am. We had a durian party in the kitchen. you should of seen Lean and Green, Andesuma and I. Eating away this gorgeous durian. I felt like a three year old to have candy for my first time. Well we were the only peeps in the kitchen with a bowl full Durian. Everyone else left the house. I still don't know why

Guest
If you think all raw foodists look like sh@$#^%#, then I can assure you that you haven't met the right ones. The movement we worked so hard to establish over so many years has brought cures, improved quality of health, and great personal satisfaction to hundreds of thousands of people. Perhaps you have not seen or met the right persons. Some of the contributors to this Forum are, indeed, thriving on a raw foods diet. Please check out the websites which best define our movement and study the pictures of the raw foodists in detail. I think my friends look especially bright and chipper and healthy. It might do you well to keep an open mind and avail yourself of the numerous raw food resources which are available. You are welcome to visist our blogspot at http://www.viktorasraw.blogspot.com for further information. Lots of great think going on among raw foodists. It would be unbecoming and ungracious of you to try to stigmatize them. http://www.rawspiritfest.comhttp://www.viktoras.orghttp://www.hippocratesinst.orghttp://www.annwigmore.orghttp://www.survivalinthe21stcenturyhttp://www.optimumhealth.orghttp://www.sproutman.com And also check out my dear friend, Karyn Calabrese at http://www.karynraw.com. Karyn is now in her late sixties has really done well for herself. She has appeared on television numerous times, including the Oprah Winfrey Show. Check her out at You can also see another healthy vegan raw foodist, a dear friend who is a winner of numerous medals at the World Culinary Olympics at www.eco-cuisine.com. He also is in his sixities now. I did try to upload a picture of myself, but the file was too large for the processes at this website.
