Collinsky Posted July 15, 2008 Share Posted July 15, 2008 the name is Collinsky I'm from Ontario, Canada. I've been Vegan for about 4 years and I'm 21 years old in university. I've been working out for about a year now and I'm pretty happy with my body but I'm thinking maybe another 10 pounds of muscle wouldn't hurt.. I mean there's always opportunities to improve yourself. I've found this site really really useful for nutrition and workout ideas, so thanks so far!
