Trying to loose body fat and gain muscles

Guys,

Very excited to be here. First off, I applaud you all for becoming vegans/raw vegans. I used to be eating all kinds of food, but right now eliminated meat of my diet and part of my foods are natural and other would be whole grain.

 

I wanted to run by you guys for an opinion. I started with ' Body for Life' program 10 weeks ago. Some where in the middle I hired a trainer for perfecting my form and technique. I am doing 3 days of cardion and 3 days of weight training. I have attched a sample mean plan with this. My main concern is my fat loss is not that big as I had expected. I expected about 5% body fat reduction. But I have acheived less than 2%. Can you guys help me out here? I am 32 years old Indian living in US, started with 22.1% Body Fat.

Thanks for your reply. Yeah..I am not a vegan yet. My trainer and Naturopathic doctor recommened taking fish/turkey to keep up with building muscles. I am not a fan of eating this stuff, but I dont know what to subsititute.

I am actually talking with Dr Fred Bisci next week to discuss this....

I would think that the half/half would be easy enough to fix for a start.
