Apparently, it's some sort of hybrid music video/documentary/comedy/Chinese propaganda thing featuring electro beats and an arrogant text narrator who taunts our weak American work ethic. Though, the way that much of that text was written leads me to believe it is a hoax - there's something about the slamming humor style that leads me to believe that it wasn't done by someone Chinese, but I guess there's always the possibility that it could have been.
