Canada.I have galactosemia and am considering going to a Vegan raw food diet and figured it was a good idea to talk to someone who knew something about it. I practise 'caloric restriction', eating until your only 80% full so you don't tax your body.I have a lot of questions feel free to write me. G.W. Emia has to do with blood I would imagine. When I have a chance, i'd like to look it up learn about it and see where you have gone so far in treating it.
