I dont really see the need for sugar in anything other than coffee, cereal & desserts?

 

And in these small portions there is nothing wrong with some ungranulated brown sugar.Personally I havn't eaten any for months now apart from some on cereal the other day which was a first for ages.I dont drink it in tea or coffee either.

 

Fruit provides all the sugar I need, & if I fancy a bit of 'naughty' sugar on my cereal, I am happy to do it, only on the basis that I do it very very rarely like every couple of months, if that.

 

I worry about the fact that some people worry too much about it.

I guess maybe its a concern for people who eat alot of it, which in America & here in UK is a real problem, so I understand the concern actually.

 

I just take it for granted that its ok in small doses, because I have self control & know not to eat too much.I guess alot of people dont.
