And in these small portions there is nothing wrong with some ungranulated brown sugar.Personally I havn't eaten any for months now apart from some on cereal the other day which was a first for ages.I dont drink it in tea or coffee either. Fruit provides all the sugar I need, & if I fancy a bit of 'naughty' sugar on my cereal, I am happy to do it, only on the basis that I do it very very rarely like every couple of months, if that.
