Guest Posted August 13, 2008 Share Posted August 13, 2008 (edited) I've been training for a little more than one week now and I decided to create a thread where I could keep track of my progress (or regress for that matter). My current goal is to cut fat, but since I upped my protein intake I'm noticing tiny gains in 'ceps, shoulders and lats Or I'm just hallucinating, I don't know. My current caloric intake is about 2000kcal, I'm lifting 3x/week, doing HIIT (sprints on the track field) 2x/week and lots of walking. I haven't noticed any observable loss of fat, but, well, maybe it will kick in a bit later when my RMR increases, for example.
