zinzen
I am having shoulder surgery on the 8th of September, and since this is going to suck quite bad I am thinking about documenting the whole freaking ordeal with a before and after type thing and seeing how long it takes to get back to where I am now after the surgery.Would anyone out there be interested in reading such a thing as this?Let me know,Tom
Tarz
I'd be interested. I fractured my wrist four months ago and that has really messed up my training and I still have to train light as a result. I still can't press-up or dip... This has been frustrating enough and I wondered how I'd feel if a more serious injury really affected my training so I'd be curious to know how you get on. Hope the surgery goes OK.

zinzen
They are rebuilding my labrum and tightening the capsule and several ligaments.had the same thing done on the right side...twice.but my surgeon now ( same one as the 2nd time on right) is the surgeon for the Cleveland Indians pitchers, and he is a power lifter so I trust him.I will be out of heavy lifting for 4 months, and as of now I have been going to the gym 6 days a week twice a day most days so it will be a blow to the system.Still be going to do legs, keep up on the right arm and legs. Lena01
I'd be interested on following your progress, and mostly I hope you do well on the surgery and have a fast and nice recovery.
