Neil B
Hi everyone, I have been doing the vegan thing for about 4 or 5 months now. I started after seeing a documentary called 'Eating', which I thought was awesome. I have been losing some weight, which I am not too happy about, but I think I need to just adjust my diet a bit and lift harder. I definitely got more ripped, but I am afraid that I may just continue to lose weight because I am naturally pretty thin. Anyways, I just wanted to say hello and that I think it is great that there is an active community of vegan bodybuilders.

CollegeB
Vegas, eh? Any good vegan food at their casino buffets? I've been looking for a reason to get out that way.

liftandcode
Welcome. And the shoulder looks much better than the bicep from that angle
robert
Welcome! I like that documentary too and Mike Anderson is a buddy of mine. I'll be in Vegas Next month for the Mr. Olympia. Hope to see you while I'm there!
Neil B
Thanks for the kind comments everyone. I just moved here so I don't know about the casino food, but I would doubt it. Robert, that would be cool. I also enjoyed Michael Anderson's cancer documentary, too. What would be the best thing to see at the Mr Olympia, ie if I were to go which ticket should I get?
