Hello from NJ!

I have been vegan for about a year and 10 months now. Before I became vegan I was vegetarian for about 12 years. About 3 years ago I started taking Shotokan Karate classes. Prior to taking karate, I was never a very physically active person. Now that I am starting to move up in rank and and spending more time on the mat, I am looking to increase my cardio and endurance. This seems like the website that can help me do it
