Chair Pull-ups: 3x10

Hanging Leg Raises: 10, 10, 8

Push-ups: 3x10


Breakfast: none

Lunch: bowl of oatmeal with raisins, apple, carrots, bowl of edamame, walnuts

Dinner: vegan Chipotle burrito bowl, roasted potatoes with light mayo

Dessert: protein shake with strawberries, date sugar, and soy milk

No exercise again today, mostly due to DOMS



Breakfast: oatmeal pancakes with fruit spread

Lunch: carrots, tangerine

Dinner: tofu stir fry with scallions and red/green peppers, roasted potatoes, garlic, and cauliflower

Dessert: chocolate soy milk with protein powder

Take it one day at a time. DOMS is annoying, but it's a sign to listen up. Get back on board when you can and go slowly if you need to. Don't follow my example by hurting yourself when you need to be healing.
