kollision Posted November 19, 2005 Share Posted November 19, 2005 Water, Protien Shake.....heating pad If you sue a heating pad, make sure you put some ice or cold water if in a shower after. About 10 to 15 minutes for each application of heat as well as ice. Don't finish it off with the heat, but with the cold because you may have swelling due to the heat, which the ice brings down. I feel so warm, happy, and accomplished.I eat a lot when I get back and rest for the night. or I like to play guitar or scream along to cds.
