RAINRA
I use to be really lazy...and I still am but now that I have been vegan for a while I am just workout motivated. I have so much energy I feel like working out all the time. I don't cause I got a lot of other things to do. I just feel that when I go for a hour or so I did not work out hard enough. I just enjoy really being fit... do you do it with pain or with ambition? How obsessed are you...? I mean in a good way not to the point that you packed a sleeping back to the gym. Allantgy
Hey Rainura! Is cool to be motivated. I feel great pumping some iron (specially leg day ). I train hard but I do just enough, I like to listen to my body. Ive seen guys working their asses off in the gym for half of the morning and yet they dont seem to be gaining any muscle or strength. I get to the gym early in the morning, train without talking or give any advice (no matter how bad they are performing an excercise...and boy... Ive seen some things... ) and then Im out of there. I forgot about it until the next day, so this is my way to be motivated, think in the gym while you are there and then forget about it and center in your life

threeloaves
even though i can't seem to put on any muscle, and remain a skinny turd i stick to it. all this hard work has to pay off sometime, right?
hsorlando
I'm obsessed with it, but in a good way. Loving where I work only makes it more so, I could easily spend most of the day at the YMCA that I work, and workout at. This will easily become more of a reality as I start training people. Guest
I really REALLY like it. Watching how the weights increase with time, feeling pumped and exhausted, nailing a PB which makes you proud, etc. - it's all extremely good! I wouldn't lift for a minute if I didn't like it! Lookin' good on teh beach nekkid simply isn't something I crave so much as to torture myself 3-4 times a week for an hour or so.

sydneyvegan
I absolutely love working out.I don't think people could possibly understand how much I f*cking HATE dieting.I'm sick of feeling hungry all the timeI'm sick of looking at people that eat total crap, yet have a six packI'm sick of feeling guilty every time I have a treat.I wish I was a hard gainer, then I could actually eat. They say people have a skinny person inside struggling to get out.I don't. I have a big fatso - one of those people who have to be carried to hospital on a fork lift,After they remove one wall of their house!
sosso
It is one of my favourite things to do. I look forward to every workout but once I'm there I keep it short and simple and then I go home and eat.
Bananaman
I love it, to the point of abusing my body, which is stupid, but sometimes I cant help myself D:
VegannNY
You kidding? I LOVE lifting weights! Honestly, during busy time of the work season, it's essential me-time. (No way would I ever give up my gym, it's my only splurge...) Now, cardio I HATE. (Although, I loved jujitsu when I was training, and did temporarily start to enjoy jogging right before I permanently blew out my ACL...) But I can't understand anyone not liking weight lifting. As for dieting? Does anyone like that?

That's what you think. Are you aware of what it is like to eat 4-5000 calories and see no gainz???!?$!

Marcina
I personally like being a hard gainer. Even though I'm not very big, I'm pretty strong. It's easy to get lean, and if I want a chocolate bar, I'll damn well eat it. However, I have to work out all the time or else my hard earned muscle goes away And I still have a big squishy bum.Everything else is small and lean tho. DaN
I love working out with weights. I literally get withdrawal symptons if I dont do my regular routine. After a few days without lifting weight, I feel a bit fidgety (is that a word?) As I gain weight very slowly I hardly ever do cardio but when I do it kills me & I dont like it.

Not more dieting, no more waxing of those stray hairs that pop up in unwanted places...Only downside is bears tend to attract bears, and that's not my thing....
