CollegeB
I used to be that way, but since I started HIT 3 days is fine. I do cardio like take a walk or actually do get on a treadmill, pissibly run if time permits on my days off. I really thought I would have a hard time just 3 days a week. I was of the mentality I MUST go 5 days, but im satisfied with 3 and dont have a need for more.
Bigbwii
CB, do you do fullbody workouts? I'm really enjoying HST right now because I'm doing reps that I normaly wouldn't do!
SeaSiren
Yes, working out is my stress release. If I don't everybody knows it. I don't raise my voice (not my way), but can get "short". I can apparently be a real witch, but they don't use that exact word.

Richard
I find that working out calms me down, maybe helps me think more positively puts me in a better mood for the rest of the day.
robert
I used to go crazy if I missed a workout. I'd be really upset with myself....these days I enjoy the break But I know exactly what you mean about missing days and having it affect you mentally. I still haven't missed a day of doing push-ups or sit-ups since August 12th. I once when 839 consecutive days doing push-ups and sit-ups... It is hard to remember to do them each day. I need to return to the gym soon. I've taken a pretty long break after my contest....when I prepared for it, I didn't miss a schedule training session for months! -Big Big Lazy Him
willpeavy
Yeah I need to exercise often. When I have a focused workout it helps eliminate stress and keeps me strong. And it feels good to be strong. I have no idea why everyone doesn't work out
lelle
i become bad-mooded when not working out regularly
Michelle
I start feeling lazy if I don't go to the gym for a while. And I start craving more junk food and less healthy stuff. Then the junk food makes me depressed and irritable. It's a vicious cycle.
