Vegan Sneakers Under $60

I need new sneakers. I've had friends tell me that most sneakers, aside from the glue are animal free. They just aren't advertised that way as some target customers view sneakers as a status symbol.

 

I went to the Sports Authority the other day. Lots of sneakers are now advertised as having leather uppers.

 

Anyone know where I can get vegan cross trainer sneakers ( not the flat converse basket ball shoes ) for about or under $60

your best bet are sale shoes.. shoe prices have been sneaking up. go for asics, saucony, nike... even though vegans like new balance, they look horrible.

I go on New Balance.com and buy my shoes from them online. But first I go to a store and find the right size for New Balance shoes. And if you join their wwbsite, they'll send you tons of emails about upcoming sales that they have. Also if you order online you don't have to pay tax, and sometimes for a sale you don't have to pay shipping either. The last pair of manmade New Balance crosstrianers that I bought at the store ccost me almost 115 bucks, not kidding either. But the last two pairs I bought online just about cost me the same combined.

I got me some New Balance Zips on sale for 40 bucks, down from 85!

Zappos.com has a search function that you can type "vegan" into. Sometimes something on sale pops up. Free shipping usually, and I've mailed a pair back on their dime to swap out the size before.
