seitan_man
I recently purchased Marcus Patrick's DVD and Food Pyramid and right at the top is listed phytoplankton, wheatgrass and chlorophyll, described as 'chemical sunlight' and the most nutrient dense foods available. This has left me a little confused, as I know chlorophyll is in green plants but never thought of it as a food in itself?
Im Your Man
I have some liquid chlorophyll. Sometimes I put some spoonful of it (along with aloe vera juice) on salad as a "dressing" or in juice, water, etc... But it's not really a food, as you can't find chlorophyll growing by itself. It's part of food, or a supplement. Doesn't give energy or anything, just a good antioxydant I guess...
