Has anyone else here heard of it? Or tried it? As a vegan, I imagine the limited 'Yes' foods would get boring (only fruits, veggies, brown rice, brown rice cereal), but it's only for the first 8 weeks.... at week nine you add tofu, legumes, and nuts back in....
