2. I'm setting the ground work for a myriad of excuses down the track...

e.g "Well of course my biceps look smaller than yours, I'm tall with longer arms, therefore the muscle is spread out more - They are actually bigger"

or "My Squat should count for at least 20kg more than it does, because I have further to travel to get to parallel"


These are not excuses but scientific fact! Remember levers and fulcrums from your basic physics classes? Of course this might not work the same for the human body but it sounds good to me.
