Here's sort of a nice site. You name a band or song and it tries to play similar groups songs it thinks you would also like along with more songs by that band. Sometimes it gets pretty dumb though (chameleons to loverboy???), but then you do get to hear some good stuff you would never otherwise hear. Selection is "ok".
