Raw Falafels

I made this last night with Lean and Green.

 

3 cups of sprouted Chick Peas

1 cup of sunflower seeds

2 cloves of garlic

1 onion

3 squeezed lemons

1 cup of tahini

2 tsp of cumin or curry spice (or both)

1.5 tsp of salt

 

.

 

Blend all ingredients together, roll in little balls or patti's on a dehydrator sheet. Put in for 8 hrs or longer.

Flip them over every 2-3 hrs.

 

If we find LG's camera. I hope to post some pictures when they are finished.
