enlightenme
I think it's a good thing...lol. Yea one time after a leg workout I felt like puking and passing out. One of the worst feelings ever.
Gaia
Working out on a full stomach? I never eat before I go in to the gym. I try to have most of it digested and ready to be used. It is hard for your body to digest your food properly, and have a proper workout. One of them has to give. So your body decided to use the blood for working out, and thus got rid of the stomach stuff.
Vegan Joe
I remember downing a can of beer before Sat. morning summer football practice in High School,(39 years ago) (interesting is the things you never forget) and after doing laps. I feel to my knees and puked up foam, even thru my nose.
xveganjoshx
I read the title of this thread, and I said out loud, "Nice!". Yeah, I puke on legs sometimes.
sosso
I've come pretty close, usually on the days with lots of power cleans and front squats, but have never actually done it.
Shax
I come close often, I haven't in a few years since I stop right before that point where I throw up. Usually happens when I do full body conditioning such as too many burpees. It can't be a good thing to experience this often.
Octopussoir
Its a bad thing when you puke from working out! Shows signs of trauma to your organs. Not a good thing
Zack
I don't understand why anyone thinks this is good.
VeganEssentials
Been close, but never quite lost my lunch while lifting. And, I have to agree with Zack - if you throw up while lifting, that's just valuable loss of undigested calories that you'll need to make up for later
xveganjoshx
I don't understand why anyone thinks this is good. It's not "good", but if anything its an indication that you are pushing yourself balls to wall and holding nothing back (no pun intended). Training with intensity like this drives results. It shouldn't be a regular thing, but puking once every couple of months isn't the end of the world. robert
Some of my best workouts have ended this way. I have thrown up a number of times....every time it had been leg day.
sydneyvegan
Push it to you pukeIs a good motto.I haven't actually thrown up, but I've been darn close a lot of times. It get that puke in the back of my throat feeling...Hill Sprints and cycling Hill Training always do it for me.Push it to you puke came from cycling with my brother. As he was on his hands and knees throwing up on the grass at the top of our favorite training hill I'd remind him of the motto.
