Pros and Cons of Vital Wheat Gluten?

Couldn’t you develop an allergy to anything over time? Is wheat gluten a complete protein? I also wouldn’t think it would be any more processed then soy. But then again I don’t know.


Wheat is a greater allergy risk than most foods. Soy is also a risk actually. (I'm slightly allergic to soy.) I've never heard of anyone becoming allergic to beans, lentils, rice, quinoa, fruits, etc, etc most foods.


Complete protein really shouldn't be a concern for anyone eating in a remotely healthy manner.
