kailla Posted January 2, 2009 Share Posted January 2, 2009 Power 90 is great for home workouts, and all you need are dumbbells. It's really a practical program that will get you results. You can find it online. I didn't buy any of their supplements or anything, just the videos (now it's on dvd ), and I got excellent results. It was my starter program, and I've been going ever since!
