acesfull
i gave up on broccoli like two months ago, even though i LOVE the taste of raw broccoli. why, you ask? bc no matter where i go i cant seem to find fresh broccoli that isnt terribly bitter. i guess maybe the heat from a few months back was affecting shipments and whatnot, but thats just ridiculous. ive tried it from kroger, tom thumb, sprouts, and its always the same, bitter. why why why

Odidnetne
This previous year was horrible for a lot of foods, but broccoli has a flavor that you might just need to cover up, I'd suggest almond or peanut butter (seriously).

Marcina
I love the taste of raw broccoli! Maybe you're a super taster? Some people can't taste the bitter taste that super tasters can. However, raw broccoli makes me fart

beforewisdom
Broccoli and likely the other members of the cruciferous family ( cabbage ) are the vegetables that are more beneficial to cook. Aside for ease of digestion ( more nutrients absorbed, less gas ), cooking also destroys the goitergens in raw broccoli. It does reduce some of anti cancer properties, but not all of them.
