The shoulder surgery is starting to feel real now. I hope I can deal with the downtime positively and use it to work on my left arm dexterity and building up my legs. I'm a little worried about how difficult it is going to be not to use my right arm for awhile. I know I can do it, it is just hard to wrap my mind around right now. MaryStella
7.17.9 6am 5 min c2 warmup CFE WOD on c220:10 x 8 I couldn't hear my interval timer going off so several times I did the full 30 seconds instead of just 20. Felt strong though so that was good. Still had some energy afterwards so 15 minutes on stair mill 5pm CF WOD 5 rounds for time of 30 Glute Ham situps25 Back Extensions Time 18 minutes I cruised through the first two rounds and then my started feeling it. I had a headache and was nauseated. My fourth and fifth rounds were slower as a result. After completing the WOD I still felt sick for awhile. Pullups - Kipping - I was doing sets of 10 but lost track of how many rounds as I was talking to people at the gym. It was a good amount though. Gave me medical history to the surgery center today so the shoulder surgery is really starting to feel more real now. yikes! I know it is for the best though. vivalasvegans
How did you like that probar? I indulged in a couple while i was out of town, and both times i was mildly disappointed. Maybe i just didn't need what was in em at the time? Youre such an inspiration, Mary. Thanks for posting your work. Sometimes when I feel like I can't go any further I think about your blog. MaryStella
I have liked every probar that I've every had. I think they taste great. the only downside I can see to them is they are about 400 calories so if you trying to watch calories that can be a lot for how small the bars are. I don't calories though so I indulge myself with them. Thanks for the compliments on my training log. that means so much to me!

MaryStella
Took at 7-8 mile hike @ rickett's glen today on the falls trail. Lots of climbing up and down. Need to do a bunch of food prep since my shoulder surgery is on tuesday and I won't be able to use my right arm for awhile so I don't know if I will get another workout in today or not.
