@lobster - I've been having chili like once a week lately it seems. My "cooking" has changed a good bit because of the shoudler and not being able to do a lot of food prep with it. I've been making a lot of simple slow cookers recipes like chili!

 

@joel - we love to get the workouts meaningful names!

 

@vivalasvegan - up if you do it straight up jump roping it isn't too bad but it is supposed to be done as double unders. then it is tough because in my opinion double unders are much harder. but its fun both ways. oh double unders are the rope must go under your feet twice for each jump u take. it is a bit of a coordination skill at first.

sorry i haven't been on in a few days to post but here is my log for the last few days. I haven't been sleeping well all week. I can only get about 6 hours a night with this shoulder. I wake up alot yet I am tired. Only a couple more weeks in the sling. Hopefully it will get easier after that comes off.

I always get sick doing this workout. I get dizzy and feel like I am going to puke every time. I think it is all of the swinging. I usually need to rest a bit not because of fatigue but because I feel so sick. I always have a headache for awhile afterwards too. I know it is from swinging my head around so much so fast but I don't really see a way to make it any better. I wish I didn't feel so bad afterwards.

12 complete rounds finished, 13 round only had box jumps. I wanted to finish 13 before I started but I lost some time with equipment and wardrobe malfunctions.

 

I think I will only have the sling on for another week!!!!

Close to 3 miles. Running was rough today I haven't been doing it really because of the sling and being told now too but the sling comes off soon so I will have to work to get my running back.

I hope you ladies are right about the running because I really hope I didn't lose that much conditioning for it.

I really had to push myself training today. I didn't get much sleep last night and I was tired. The stepmill is always a challenge for me anyway. I do love it but it is hard.

yeah i forgot to mention that I double the recipe (more corn and edamame) but keep the dressing the same because I think that is a lot of dressing if u don't do it that way or cut the dressing like you said. I also like to put it over salad greens. we're so a like about food something it is funny. I am trying out my tofu press today!

I really had to push through this today as my legs were already tired and sore before I started. I don't have the number of floors or mileage complete because I stopped to take my shirt off and with the sling and shoulder it took a bit so the machine reset on me.

What's up girl?

 

Just stopping into say hi....been super busy lately.......as far as I know Vega Sport should be available the first or second week in Sept! Awesome stuff! I have had some at home for a couple of months and LOVE IT!

 

Anyway...just wanted to say hi and hope all is great!

 

PS I had coconut water today too
